Migrate Local Outlook Email to the Server

Option 1: Move, or copy messages manually

Connect to your new mailbox using the IMAP settings. See LINK for instructions.

Create folders in your new mailbox (on the server) which match the names of your local folders.

Option 2: Backup (export) and send to us

Export email from your folders to a PST file

Visit the link below and follow the steps to export mailboxes to PST files taking note of the others requirements, below.

Be sure to select all the folders (step 4) which you wish to import into the new mailbox on zootzone.com's servers.

Rename the PST files to match the mailbox's email address, but replace dots ( . ) with underscore ( _ ). For example, if you were exporting the PST file for the mailbox you@yourdomain.com, you would rename the PST file you@yourdomain_com.pst

Make a note of where you save the PST file(s).

Make your PST files available to the help desk

Share your PST files with the help desk (help@zootzone.com) via Dropbox, Box.com, Google Drive, or iDrive, or ask us to supply you with a temporary place to upload them using SFTP.
